For 25 years I have advised clients on all aspects of real estate matters, including land development and financing of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. My experience also includes the acquisition, sale, leasing, permitting, and development of commercial real estate, as well as mortgage lending, foreclosures, and bankruptcy work. I am a licensed title agent in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts and enjoy resolving complex title issues.

The clients I help include banks, credit unions, developers, private lenders, limited liability companies, trusts, and individuals. With my counsel, the purchaser of a national drug store chain and strip mall successfully navigated a complex process involving a ground lease, national chain lease, assignments with several tenants, performance bonds, special permits, and various title restrictions.

Another client was a lender in the financing purchase of a planned industrial park with new construction that required licensing for a meat packing plant, food distribution, and store front.

I am often called upon to act as local counsel to varied parties who need help seeking compliance with New Hampshire and Massachusetts conveyance and financing laws and regulations.

With two children in college, I am a recent “empty nester.” My family and I often travel to the warm waters of the Caribbean. Reading, watching both American and European football, and entertaining friends are among my favorite past times.
