Manchester, NH – Devine Millimet is pleased to announce that Joseph “Joey” Mattson has joined Devine Millimet’s Litigation team as an Of Counsel attorney. With over a decade of experience, his practice is focused on healthcare law, medical malpractice and professional liability defense. Joey has represented a variety of clients, including hospitals, doctors, nurses, lawyers, accountants, real estate agents, landscapers, restaurants, and landowners. While his goal is always to help clients sidestep the litigation process, when necessary Joey has defended professionals and businesses in front of federal and state courts, as well as administrative bodies, in a variety of matters.
A magna cum laude graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law), and summa cum laude graduate of Plymouth State University, Joey served as an Adjunct Professor at Plymouth State for a number of years where he taught Business Law. He has served as President of the Manchester Bar Association and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
