MANCHESTER, NH – Devine Millimet is pleased to announce that Rebecca S. Kane has been admitted as a Shareholder of the firm, effective January 1, 2020.
Rebecca joined Devine Millimet in June of 2014 and focuses her practice on real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions in numerous industry sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, private schools, construction, software and professional services, among others. In addition to her transactional work, she regularly advises businesses on contract review and negotiations, financing, governance, regulatory compliance, land use and development and leasing matters.
