I help my clients when contested matters arise. Sometimes, the situation requires me to help my clients through the process of litigation, but my goal is always to help clients sidestep the time, expense, and unpleasantness of that process. Because I’ve seen a wide variety of fact patterns, I’m sometimes able to help clients avoid future disputes and problems if I am consulted before suit is filed.
I’ve represented a variety of clients, including hospitals, doctors, nurses, lawyers, accountants, real estate agents, landscapers, restaurants, and landowners. I also have defended professionals and businesses in front of federal and state administrative bodies in a variety of matters. With my repeat clients, I enjoy being able to help them avoid future litigation and conflict by relying on my experience and judgment.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outside with my wife, dog, and daughters. I also like to work in the yard, ski, and run in local road races.
