My practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate. I frequently represent large and small businesses and institutional clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing matters, real estate development, zoning, permitting, and land use matters, real estate related finance, title matters, and boundary disputes. I also work closely with colleagues in mergers and acquisitions matters that include real estate components.
Representative Matters
- Represented several automotive dealerships in property acquisitions, dealership expansions, and financing matters
- Represented the nation’s largest telecommunications carrier in leasing, title, zoning/permitting, and general real estate matters
- Represented New England’s largest outdoor power equipment retailer in all real estate, development, and leasing matters
- Represented several self-storage developers and owners in all real estate acquisition, disposition, and financing matters
- Represented a national non-profit in real estate and lending matters stemming from development of national pharmacy franchise properties
- Represented a regional energy utility in easement acquisition, title defect and dispute resolution, construction area leases, and conservation easement amendments in connection with a regional utility project
Publications
- Chris is a regular contributor to the New Hampshire Bar News and has written numerous articles for the Union Leader and other New Hampshire publications.
Community Involvement
- I remain involved with my community youth lacrosse programs and as a member of the Bedford Planning Board. My previous involvement includes: Board Member of the New Hampshire Animal Rescue League, Vice Chair of the Bedford Zoning Board of Adjustment, and as a member of the Natick Zoning Board of Appeals.
