MANCHESTER, NH – Devine Millimet is pleased to announce that Christopher Swiniarski has recently joined the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate. Chris frequently represents large and small businesses and institutional clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing matters, real estate development, zoning, permitting, and land use matters, real estate related finance, title matters, and boundary disputes. Chris also works closely with colleagues in Mergers and Acquisitions matters that include real estate components.
Chris remains involved with his community as a youth lacrosse coach and as a member of the Telecommunications Subcommittee of Bedford New Hampshire. He is also on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Animal Rescue League, and previously served as the Vice Chair of the Bedford Zoning Board of Adjustment and as a member of the Natick Zoning Board of Appeals.
