With more than 20 years of experience as a trial attorney in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, I help my clients navigate through the court system in often complicated and difficult divorce, probate and guardianship matters. My work covers all aspects of family law, from negotiating and drafting prenuptial agreements, to litigating divorce, child support, alimony, custody, and domestic violence issues, as well as challenges to the probate of wills, fiduciary accountings, and other administration matters. Although I attempt to minimize conflict and resolve your matter by agreement, I have extensive experience trying both jury and non-jury cases before the Court and am prepared to do so when necessary.

I also have experience representing businesses, home owners, developers and contractors in a broad range of other civil litigation and transactional matters involving residential and commercial real estate, including construction disputes, partition, landlord/tenant, and land use, permitting and zoning matters.

The cases I handle are about helping people who are thrust into difficult, life changing situations, often for the first and only time in their lives. My experience handling life’s transactions allows me to successfully represent clients through complex issues in overlapping legal areas.

As a husband and father of three, I enjoy spending time with my family and being involved in school and sports activities. As a family we enjoy camping and skiing in New England. I have also served as an elected member of the Tyngsboro Planning Board, Tyngsboro Board of Selectmen, and have served as Moderator at Town Meeting.
