William F. Gramer

I represent clients in civil litigation matters with a focus on domestic relations and probate issues. My work covers negotiating and litigating cases involving divorce, child support, custody, post-divorce modification, enforcement, and domestic violence issues, as well as contested probate and estate matters. Although I attempt to minimize conflict and resolve your family matter by agreement, I am prepared to present your case to the Court when necessary.
I also have experience representing clients in a broad range of other civil litigation and transactional matters, including residential and commercial real estate, and land use and zoning matters.
The cases I handle are about helping people who are thrust into difficult, life changing situations, often for the first and only time in their lives and involving close family members. My experience handling life’s transactions and family disputes allows me to successfully navigate clients through complex issues in overlapping legal areas.
My clients include all men and women in marriages of varying duration, wealth, and lifestyle. I represent business, property and home owners, developers, contractors, and family members involved in property disputes, estate succession planning and contested probate matters.
As a husband and father of three, I enjoy spending time with my family and being involved in the kids’ school and youth sports activities including coaching soccer and baseball. As a family we enjoy camping and skiing in New Hampshire, and spending time in the summer on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I am also passionate about being involved in local government and have been an elected member of the Tyngsboro Planning Board and member of the Tyngsboro Board of Selectmen.
