After graduating from law school, I began my legal career focusing on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), mergers & acquisitions, and a wide range of corporate matters. Over the years, I’ve advised businesses on complex transactions, helped guide owners through succession planning, and worked closely with clients to structure deals that balance legal precision with practical business goals.

My experience extends beyond the traditional law firm setting. I served in-house for a global medical device manufacturer, where I gained firsthand perspective on the challenges companies face operating in a highly regulated industry. That role gave me a deeper understanding of risk management, compliance, and the importance of aligning legal strategy with business objectives. I’ve also pursued a unique career path outside of practicing law. I worked as a sworn law enforcement officer, bringing discipline, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills that inform my legal practice today. Before entering the legal profession, I served as a Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Specialist in the U.S. Air Force training aircrew and other operators. After my military service, I continued to apply those skills as a government contractor, training operators at the Marine Corps Special Operations Command SERE School. The through line of my career has always been service, whether to clients, colleagues, or community. I bring that same sense of dedication and adaptability to my legal practice.

Outside of the law, I love spending time with my family, whether it’s watching my kids compete in sports, traveling together, or just relaxing with my wife. I’m also passionate about music—I play multiple instruments and enjoy writing, recording, and producing songs.
