Stephen Zaharias

With several years of litigation experience, along with the knowledge and training that I received during a clerkship at the New Hampshire Supreme Court, I assist clients with a wide variety of matters.  My work includes aiding clients in various business and civil disputes, helping to form businesses, appealing cases to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and litigating in the landlord-tenant context.  Although I will never hesitate to vigorously represent your interests in court, I will also seek to resolve your dispute efficiently and outside of the courtroom, if possible.

In addition to the above, I also have experience representing homeowners, developers, contractors, and businesses of all kinds – as well as the principals of business entities – in various commercial litigation and transactional matters.  For example, I have helped business partners defend against conversion claims lodged by another business partner, represented contractors in construction defect cases, pursued breach of contract claims in the real estate context, and more.

My breadth of experience allows me to draw upon a wide range of knowledge to successfully represent and guide clients through complicated matters so as to reach a resolution – whether that resolution is reached via agreement, through trial, or even before litigation commences, if litigation can be avoided entirely.  Ultimately, I seek to help my clients reach their desired goals as quickly as possible and to help put their dispute in the proverbial rear-view mirror.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, running, cooking, seeing live music, and, of course, sampling the best food and drinks at local restaurants.
