I am a member of Devine Millimet’s corporate department, where I work on various corporate legal matters including business succession, mergers & acquisitions, contractual analysis and drafting, business startups and formations, private equity offerings, and corporate governance. While performing work for clients, I focus on not only providing sound legal advice, but also practical business advice that aims to align my clients’ business and legal goals.

Prior to joining Devine Millimet, I worked on similar corporate matters at a local firm and played a role in the purchase and sale of several multi-million-dollar companies and assets.

I earned my Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and my Sports Law Certificate from the University of New Hampshire’s Sports and Entertainment Law Institute. While in law school I served as the Editor-in-Chief for The University of New Hampshire Law Review and as the President of the UNH Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching and attending sporting events (mainly hockey and football), golfing, building Lego sets, watching Star Wars content, traveling, exercising, and reading.
