My practice involves creating new estate plans, or modifying old ones, to aid clients of all ages in protecting and transferring assets to future generations. I work with clients to ascertain their individual needs and assist them in understanding the various estate planning tools available to them. From drafting wills, durable general powers of attorney and advance directives to creating revocable trusts, I work with clients to specifically tailor their estate plan to meet their goals and intentions.
I also assist in navigating the probate process following the loss of a loved one. The probate process can seem daunting and overwhelming to those left behind. Whether a loved one passes with or without a Will, I can provide effective and efficient guidance while moving through the probate process including identifying beneficiaries, securing estate assets, determining estate debts and distributing estate assets and inheritances.
My husband and I are the proud parents of three teenage daughters and are their biggest fans at sailing regattas and lacrosse games. I have actively volunteered at their schools and for their sports teams when called upon. As a New Jersey native, my family and I enjoy spending time each summer in our favorite place…Cape May.
