MANCHESTER, NH – Devine Millimet is pleased to announce that Marrielle Van Rossum has joined Devine Millimet’s Litigation team as an Associate. Marrielle defends healthcare providers, hospitals, and practices in medical negligence lawsuits and before the New Hampshire professional licensure boards. For several years, she has aided hospitals and social workers petition for the appointment of a guardian over patients, particularly when a patient needs a long-term care solution or when families are grappling with end of life decisions. Marrielle has represented hospitals of all sizes, including major teaching facilities when she practiced in Philadelphia and small Critical Access Hospitals in the North Country. She advises non-profit and private companies with unemployment claims, anti-harassment training, and claims of workplace discrimination.
Marrielle is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire, and the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, on the Berwick Academy Alumni Advisory Board and as the Secretary of the Hidden Pond Farm Equine Rescue in Brentwood.
