Kathleen is a member of the Corporate Department and assists all of the attorneys in the firm with corporate matters, with emphasis in entity formation, Secretary of State and Internal Revenue Service filings, maintaining entity status and compliance, record books and stock records, Uniform Commercial Code filings and searches, and assists in corporate transactions with preparation of closing documents, disclosure schedules and due diligence.
