My father, Andrew Kehoe, a patent attorney and partner of a Boston-based patent and trademark firm, inspired me to enter the practice of law. As a child, I was fascinated by all the inventions he had the privilege of obtaining patents for, as well as the interesting inventors and companies he worked with. He was a chemical engineer, and his inventions were wide-ranging, from chemical photography and mood rings to high-nutrient pasta. He lived in a very exciting world. Driven by his example, I became a corporate attorney focused on protecting my clients' intellectual property and helping them grow their businesses.
Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with businesses in a variety of industries, from companies offering SaaS solutions to energy products. Working in-house has afforded me the opportunity to work closely with management to gain a deep understanding of my client's business concerns and legal challenges. My practice includes handling all types of legal matters, including corporate formation, governance, compliance, collections, employment matters, agreement drafting & negotiating (including licenses & SaaS, leases), corporate compliance, legal training, disputes, and mergers & acquisitions where I focus on helping clients with due diligence and required disclosures. I am a member of Devine Millimet's Corporate Practice and the Merger and Acquisitions Team.
When not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Peter, my daughter, Abby, and her husband, Andrew, and the rest of our extended family. Peter and I enjoy all of the outdoor activities that living in this beautiful state of New Hampshire has to offer by splitting our time between our mountain home in Ossipee, where we enjoy hiking, fishing, and gardening, and our home in Rye, where we enjoy spending time at Wallis Sands Beach.
