My father, Andrew Kehoe, a patent attorney and partner at a Boston-based intellectual property firm, inspired me to pursue a career in law. As a child, I was fascinated by the inventions he helped protect and the creative minds he worked with. His world of ideas and innovation shaped my own path toward corporate law, where I have dedicated my career to helping businesses protect their assets, manage risk, and achieve their growth goals.
Before joining Devine Millimet, I spent many years working in-house for technology, software, and energy companies, where I gained a deep understanding of the operational realities and strategic pressures that business leaders face. During that time, I negotiated and managed a wide range of complex commercial and technology agreements, including software and SaaS licenses, software development and maintenance agreements, complex distribution and reseller agreements, joint development and partnership agreements, supply and procurement contracts, consulting and professional services agreements, and confidentiality agreements. I also advised on intellectual property ownership and licensing issues, open-source compliance, and the development and protection of proprietary technology. This in-house experience taught me to navigate complex legal and business issues with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
Since joining Devine Millimet in 2018, I have served as Of Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Practice and as a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Team. In my M&A work, I assist clients with due diligence, disclosure schedules, and the review and negotiation of transaction documents in connection with company sales and acquisitions. In addition, I handle a broad range of general corporate matters, including corporate formation, governance, compliance, and commercial contracting. I also prepare, update, and refine client templates and standard terms, and I regularly review and negotiate agreements on behalf of clients across diverse industries. My in-house perspective allows me to anticipate client concerns, streamline negotiations, and deliver pragmatic, results-oriented advice that supports both short- and long-term business objectives.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Peter, my daughter, Abby, and our extended family. We take full advantage of all that New Hampshire has to offer, dividing our time between our mountain home in Ossipee, where we hike, fish, and garden, and our home in Rye, where we enjoy the ocean and the natural beauty of Wallis Sands Beach.
I am honored to work with Devine Millimet’s clients and to help them navigate complex transactions, strengthen their operations, and position their businesses for continued success.
