I practice in Devine Millimet’s corporate department, where I support a number of practice groups with business succession, contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of other corporate and transactional matters. I am passionate about understanding my client’s goals and developing solutions that deliver the best results.
Before joining Devine, I graduated from Boston College Law School. I originally joined Devine as a participant in the Devine Millimet Summer Associate Program and later joined the firm full time as an associate. Prior to attending law school, I grew up working in my family’s restaurant in rural Vermont. My experience in the restaurant industry taught me invaluable problem solving skills. It also gave me unique insight into the roadblocks that many entrepreneurs find themselves seeking to overcome ranging from regulatory issues to compensation for high-level employees. I apply my experience to better understand the goals of businesses and individuals.
When I am not working, I enjoy golfing and playing slow-pitch softball. I am also an avid outdoorsman and enjoy hunting, hiking, and working outdoors.
