Litigation partner Tom Quarles defended the City of Keene in a seven day bench trial brought by a disgruntled commercial landowner who claimed that the project, which will close off one of his access driveways from a busy commercial street, would have such a disastrous effect on his gas station and convenience store business that it would have to be shut down and that the only remaining value of his property would be as raw land. Both sides had multiple experts.
