For 9 years, I have advised clients on their estate planning wants and needs, helping them feel secure in the knowledge that their goals will be implemented through the estate planning mechanisms in place.
Through the use of Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Directives (Power of Attorney for Healthcare and Living Will), I counsel my clients on the best way to ensure that their wishes are carried out, whether that is the transfer of wealth to future generations, continued charitable gifting, providing for an ailing spouse or a child in need, or ensuring that their specific medical wishes are carried out in their own time of need.
I also guide clients through the estate administration process, whether that is a probate or a trust administration, advising Executors and Trustees on their fiduciary obligations and assisting with the proper distribution of assets, while helping them navigate the complexities of ever-evolving family dynamics.
As a Minnesota native, I enjoy visiting my family in the Midwest, and I especially love visiting for the Minnesota State Fair! In my free time, I enjoy everything New England has to offer. My husband and I love to hike, take motorcycle rides, go to the beach, take our 2 Bengal Cats (Rune and Ragnarok) on walks, tend to our vegetable garden, watch our Midwestern sports teams, or cozy up with a good book!
