Ronald J. Caron

 I am “Old School” of sorts.

The practice of law is a vocation. It is demanding of my life and makes no excuses for it. It tolerates no compromise and commands a commitment to others. It cannot be accommodated by an eight-hour work day or a forty-hour work week. It does not suffer half-measures. Nor do I demand of myself any less. I love this job!

Since 1982, I have represented individuals and businesses as their lawyer. I remind myself of that privilege every day. The trust placed in me comes with an immense responsibility to provide representation with vigor and with dedication. That is what I do.

In all of those years, my focus has been trial work and other forms of litigation, including:

  • Plaintiff and defense civil litigation of many types and in many industries;
  • Criminal defense (State and Federal) for people and businesses, including “White Collar”, felony, misdemeanor, motor vehicle, and regulatory matters;
  • State and Federal administrative proceedings;
  • Divorce and family law matters;
  • Trust and probate litigation.

As critical to success in the courtroom is being effective in navigating disputes away from trial as circumstances demand, by avoiding a complaint or indictment or by successfully negotiating settlement. I provide guidance in the mediation of disputes and counsel in the settlement of claims in avoidance of trial. Where a dispute cannot be reasonably resolved, I dedicate myself to being fully prepared for trial. My trial experience is broad and successful. I have tried jury and non-jury cases and administrative proceedings throughout New Hampshire and outside of our state.

I represent individuals from all walks of life and a great variety of business industries. My personal clients range from professionals, to trades people, to students. Business and corporate clients have included those from large publicly traded companies to small family businesses. I have represented nationally-known pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies in litigation and criminal matters, automobile dealers, construction companies, medical and other professional practices, real estate sales and development entities, to name a few. And I represent people. I represent individuals like me and like you.

In every matter for which I am retained, I do my very best to provide uncompromised expertise and professionalism. I love my work and appreciate the trust my clients place in me. I look forward to the chance to work with you.

On a personal note – I am an avid hockey fan. I continue to play throughout the year. I coached my son and daughter in Manchester Regional Youth Hockey Association teams for more than 10 years, and my daughter in basketball throughout elementary and junior high school. My motorcycles are my diversion, and I try to get out for a ride as often as I can.

And New Hampshire’s ski slopes see me every winter.
