Lynnette V. Macomber
I practice in civil litigation, both personal and commercial.  I work collaboratively with a number of practice groups in Devine Millimet’s litigation department, and have primarily handled matters including property disputes, insurance defense, personal injury, breach of contract, alternative dispute resolution, probate litigation, criminal defense, and appellate advocacy.  My focus is always on being the best possible advocate for my clients.

Before attending law school, I worked as a marketing Account Executive and gained valuable experience helping clients, typically popular national brands, develop creative and effective experiential marketing programs.  My passion has always been advocating for people and businesses.  At the University of New Hampshire School of Law, I became practice-ready through the Daniel Webster Scholar program, and took advantage of opportunities to get involved, such as becoming a mentor for the Merrimack County Teen Court juvenile diversion program,  joining the Criminal Practice Clinic (representing criminal defendants as a Student Attorney), competing on the UNH Law Criminal Procedure Moot Court team as a competitor and then a coach, and competing on the UNH Law Advanced Trial Advocacy NTC (National Trial Competition) team.  I also completed a summer internship at the Environmental Protection Bureau in the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.

One of my greatest passions is traveling; I love discovering new places and meeting people.  I also enjoy reading, road trips, video games, and camping with friends and family.
