The NH Stay at Home 2.0 COVID-19 guidelines for outdoor restaurant service and golf club operations issued on May 1 and May 8, 2020 require a standard warning sign “prominently placed throughout the venue” asking the patrons the five standard COVID-19 symptom questions.
