Management Team

Karen Baer, CPA, CGMA

Director of Administration


Karen brings over twenty-five years of management, accounting and operational experience to the firm. She has responsibility for the oversight of all aspects of the firm's operational, financial, facilities, information technology, human resources and marketing functions.  She works closely with the firm’s President and Board of Directors on strategic planning and firm operations. Karen’s prior experience included employment at a legal and professional services firm, multi-state auditing, supervision of accounting, operations and human resources management, more than a decade as a controller and several years in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant. Karen resides in Dunbarton, New Hampshire with her husband and two daughters.

Jessica Daly

Human Resources Coordinator


Jessica joined the firm in 2019 and brings over 8 years of Human Resources experience. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the human resources functions including benefit administration and full cycle recruiting. She works closely with the Director of Administration and also serves on the firm’s events committee. Jessica’s prior experience includes human resources and office management positions, as well as being a director of childcare centers.

Judith Green

Director of Facilities


Judy joined the firm in 1988 managing the telecommunications system and handling the administrative duties of the Purchasing Department. Her position has grown to include the management of the firm's facilities for all Devine Millimet locations. Prior to working at Devine Millimet, Judy spent several years in the healthcare field working in patient services and communications both at the Elliot Hospital and the Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic.

Lindsay McFarland

Business Development & Marketing Coordinator


Lindsay brings 11 years of business development, design, marketing, and brand management experience to the firm. She joined the firm in September of 2018 as the Business Development & Marketing Coordinator. Lindsay is responsible for the firm’s internal and external communication efforts. She handles the firm’s advertising, brand management, website, social media and digital campaigns. She assists practice groups and helps attorneys develop and maintain relationships through a strategic content marketing approach providing support for events, seminars, and conference sponsorships.
