Charles T. Giacopelli

Charles Giacopelli represents self-insured employers, traditionally-insured businesses, and government entities in all areas of workers’ compensation law. 
 
Mr. Giacopelli has been recognized for years by his peers for his work in the field of workers’ compensation. This recognition includes being selected by his peers on virtually a yearly basis for over a decade for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America© in the field of workers’ compensation law.
 
Prior to joining Devine Millimet, Mr. Giacopelli served as a homicide prosecutor for the New Hampshire Attorney General. He was hired by the New Hampshire Attorney General after serving for six years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office. 
 
Mr. Giacopelli graduated from the National Law Center at George Washington University and received an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a frequent speaker in the area of workers’ compensation law. He spends his free time with his family and enjoys backpacking, gardening, and cooking.
