Our summer associate program is in place to recruit, train, and hire the firm's future legal professionals. The program seeks out the top law students with stellar academic achievement and challenges them through a 12- week summer program working alongside our attorneys.
Every associate who joins the firm has a Devine Millimet mentor. The experienced mentor continually reviews the associate's work and gives feedback on a regular basis. The firm also offers opportunities for staff to attend in-house or external training sessions. We provide technical and computer training, marketing training, as well as sessions that focus on such topics as preventing sexual harassment, improving managerial skills, human relations, and communication.
