I am a member of Devine Millimet’s corporate department, where I support a variety of practice groups, including mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans, business succession, and other corporate and transactional matters. I am dedicated to understanding the business and personal goals of my clients, and to working towards creative solutions to complex issues in order to achieve the best possible result.
Before beginning my legal career at Devine, I graduated from the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. During law school, I interned at the 10th Circuit Court – District and Family Division in Portsmouth as well as at another New Hampshire law firm. I also served as managing editor of the University of New Hampshire Law Review and as a legal writing teaching assistant. Prior to law school, I worked at an elder service in Massachusetts for several years, where I gained invaluable experience working one-on-one with clients and managing several employees.
When I am not working, I am hopefully outside with my family and friends, whether that is hiking, running, skiing, or golfing. I have also played violin for most of my life and enjoy playing music with others.
