Ashley Theodore | Devine Millimet

I have represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters in the areas of hospital and medical malpractice, professional malpractice, construction litigation, commercial litigation, products liability, aviation, contract disputes, and negligence defense cases. I am admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut.

My job is to guide and support my clients through the complex legal system, from the start of a matter through trial, if necessary. I believe in providing clients with a responsive approach to representation and working with them to resolve disputes to their satisfaction.

Outside of work, I spend most of my free time with my horse, Izzy, who I plan to bring up the levels in dressage.  I also am a United States Dressage Federation (“USDF”) Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist and a graduate of the USDF “L” Program, which allows me to judge unrecognized dressage shows.
