Our attorneys practice before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, all New Hampshire state trial courts and administrative agencies including: the Insurance Department; the Department of Labor, Human Rights Commission; the Board of Property Appeals and the Public Utilities Commission. Devine Millimet's trial lawyers are admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and each with more than three years experience is a member of the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Three of the firm's attorneys have argued cases in the Supreme Court of the United States. As a matter of policy, the firm encourages innovative modes of alternative dispute resolution.
