The Attorney Conduct & Liability Practice Group combines the skill and experience of several seasoned practitioners and a full time law professor working Of Counsel with Devine. The group exists to provide a full array of services to members of the legal profession, including representation in malpractice litigation and disciplinary matters, mediation of client fee disputes to avoid malpractice litigation, in-house and after hours training on ethics and risk management matters, and responsive, confidential consultation on the full array of ethics issues.
