Biography

Renelle serves as bond counsel, borrower's counsel, bank counsel and underwriter's counsel in tax-exempt bond financings for governmental entities such as towns, cities, villages and counties as well as for nonprofit organizations, including healthcare and educational institutions.

Representative Matters

• Counsel to several New Hampshire, Vermont & Massachusetts hospitals in connection with several hundred million dollars in tax exempt financing
• Recent bond counsel engagements include Governor Wentworth Regional School District ($57,508,000), Union School District of Keene ($36,933,500), Mascenic Regional School District ($23,623,315), Carroll County ($23,500,000), City of Somersworth ($18,953,000), City of Rochester ($18,710,000), Grafton County ($17,500,000), Salem School District ($14,506,160) and Marlborough School District ($10,754,220)
• Served as bond counsel to the northern Massachusetts municipalities of the Town of Tewksbury and the City of Methuen on a $14+ million bond issue, a $26+ million bond anticipation note issue and a $1 million bond anticipation note issue
• Represented a northern Massachusetts municipality in $6.8 million and $6.4 million borrowings from the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust
• Bond counsel to a Vermont municipality in connection with the issuance of $2,750,000 bonds through the Vermont Muncipal Bond Bank
• Bond counsel to Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire municipalities for tax anticipation notes and revenue anticipation notes
