Biography

Ovide Lamontagne is a Manchester native and has been with the firm since 1986. He represents clients in complex business transactions and commercial litigation, specializing in the areas of healthcare, not-for-profit charitable trust litigation including representing religious organizations, and construction law. Ovide serves as general counsel to several not-for-profit organizations and is involved in many civic, charitable and political organizations and activities, and is one of the firm’s bilingual shareholders, with French being his second language.
