Kristin A. Mendoza Associate
BiographyKristin is a member of our Corporate Practice Group, concentrating her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing and general corporate law. She has extensive experience counseling clients in the areas of:
- business formation and corporate governance
- mergers and acquisitions
- debt and equity financing
- technology licensing
- trademark registration
- equity incentive plans for employees
- service and support agreements
- proprietary rights agreements
- joint development and other collaborative agreements
Prior to joining Devine Millimet, Kristin practiced in Boston, Massachusetts for seven years focusing on corporate and commercial transaction matters for small and medium-sized businesses primarily within the technology sector.
Kristin delivers knowledgeable and practical advice to clients in an understandable manner. She fosters strong client relationships through her straightforward approach to meeting her clients' objective in a timely and thorough fashion.
Kristin is involved in a number of professional and business organizations. She currently serves as a member of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua and as vice chair of the board of the New England Women’s Leadership Institute. Prior to that, Kristin completed a two year term as the President of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and also taught an undergraduate business law course at Granite State College for two years.
