Kimberly A. W. Peaslee PhD Associate
BiographyKimberly is a member of the firm’s Patent, Trademark, and Licensing practice group. She assists clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and litigation matters.
Before joining Devine Millimet, attorney Peaslee was an associate at the law firm of Foley Hoag, LLP, in their Intellectual Property (IP) Department in Boston. In the Patent Department, she drafted patent applications and responses to USPTO office actions for clients in the small molecule, biotechnology, polymers and materials technologies areas. In the IP Litigation Department, she drafted preliminary invalidity contentions, preliminary non-infringement contentions, portions of the claim construction brief, and third party subpoenas in a molecular diagnostics patent infringement case. Prior to that, she was a law clerk/IP attorney for BAE Systems in Nashua, NH, and a patent fellow at Merck & Co., Inc.
Kimberly practices out of our Manchester, NH office.
