Kevin M. Baum Associate
BiographyKevin Baum is a member of our Environmental and Real Estate Practice Groups, dividing his concentration between real estate transactions, planning and zoning matters, and environmental matters. Kevin brings to the firm his previous experience in environmental consulting, where he worked on the remediation of several Superfund sites and conducting environmental due diligence. He advises clients on all aspects of environmental work, including permitting, shoreland protection and environmental due diligence. Kevin’s real estate work includes condominium and subdivision development, leasing, permitting and representing individuals and entities before planning and zoning boards in communities throughout the State. Kevin holds a Certificate in Environmental Law, Science and Policy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
