Justin T. Vartanian Associate
BiographyJustin T. Vartanian is a member of Devine Millimet's Corporate Department. Justin concentrates his practice in the areas of business and tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit organizations, and general corporate law. Justin counsels the firm's clients in a variety of corporate practice areas ranging from entity formation and corporate financing to transactional planning and negotiations.
Justin’s prior legal experience includes the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, the U.S. Attorney's Office of New Hampshire, the legal department of the Boston Stock Exchange, and the Attorney General’s Office of Massachusetts.
Justin works out of Devine Millimet's Manchester, New Hampshire office.
