Jonathan M. Eck Associate
BiographyJonathan is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, concentrating in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance defense. Jonathan's practice focuses on representing businesses, individuals, and government entities in litigation over a broad range of matters including contract disputes, premises liability, probate matters, legal malpractice lawsuits, and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining Devine Millimet, Jonathan completed a judicial externship with the Honorable James E. Duggan, Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Jonathan currently serves on the New Hampshire Bar Association's Board of Governors.
