Biography

Jim is a member of our Workers' Compensation Practice Group. As a seasoned attorney with over twenty-eight years of experience, Jim handles and litigates workers’ compensation cases in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont.

Prior to joining Devine Millimet, Jim was Field Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company at John B. Schulte Law Office in Manchester, New Hampshire. While there, he provided assistance to the claim departments at Liberty Mutual, Peerless Insurance Company and Wausau Insurance Company for all workers' compensation issues, litigated general liability defense, and provided legal opinions. Jim previously was Of Counsel to William F. Caples Law Office in Burlington, Massachusetts providing counsel for Wausau Insurance Company; and at Robert Ladd Law Office in Andover, Massachusetts providing counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
