Harry N. Malone III Shareholder
BiographyHarry Malone is the Chair of Devine Millimet's Energy and Regulatory Affairs Practice Group. Harry has extensive experience in state and federal public utility law, with particular focus on telecommunications, including wireline and wireless carriers and Internet providers.
Attorney Malone was previously based in Washington, D.C, representing clients before the Federal Communications Commission and other federal agencies, as well as state public utility commissions in matters involving licenses and approvals, tariffing and pricing, operations, regulatory compliance, public policy, enforcement proceedings, and contracts. Harry also advises clients on the financial and operational aspects of their businesses, including market entry, financing, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, and customer contracts.
Prior to his career in law, Harry Malone spent more than 15 years in the computer industry, primarily focused on network management systems for the telecommunications industry, as well as surveillance, command and control systems for the Department of Defense.
Harry works out of Devine Millimet’s Manchester, New Hampshire office.
