Harper R. Marshall Associate
BiographyHarper focuses his practice on representing small- to medium-size businesses from start-up to eventual sale, providing advice with respect to formation, taxation, growth and expansion and transactional matters. Harper’s primary concentration is in the area of general business law with a specialty in mergers and acquisitions and tax planning. He has experience advising private and emerging companies on debt and equity financings, incentive compensation planning, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters.
