Biography

Elizabeth Murphy is a member of our Workers' Compensation Practice Group. In her practice, Elizabeth represents workers' compensation insurance carriers and self-insured employers. She appears before the Department of Labor and the Compensation Appeals Board. Elizabeth also appears before the New Hampshire Supreme Court on workers' compensation matters. She is currently the Chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Workers' Compensation section.

Prior to joining Devine Millimet, Elizabeth practiced in Hartford, Connecticut specializing in civil litigation matters, particularly plaintiffs' personal injury and insurance defense cases. Elizabeth previously served as a judicial law clerk with the State of Connecticut Superior Court. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Carol A. Conboy, New Hampshire Superior Court.
