Daniel J. Callaghan Shareholder
BiographyDan Callaghan is a shareholder of the firm and focuses his practice in commercial transactions, including complex real estate projects and bankruptcy reorganization matters. Dan represents clients in the acquisition, development and sale of commercial real estate throughout the State of New Hampshire. This representation includes negotiating acquisition and sales agreements, resolving title and other due diligence issues, and obtaining regulatory approvals. Dan's bankruptcy practice involves representing clients seeking to acquire assets from Chapter 11 debtors and protecting their claims against debtors.
Dan has also represented clients in the legislative arena. He serves as counsel to the two largest racetracks in New Hampshire. In this role, Dan has drafted and lobbied for legislation critical to the pari-mutuel industry.
