Biography

Claire Howard is a member of the firm's Corporate department focusing her practice in the areas of general corporate, intellectual property, and bankruptcy matters. Claire assists clients with general business transactional matters including commercial loan transactions, commercial real estate purchases/sales, asset purchase transactions, equity financing transactions and other related matters. She also drafts, files, and prosecutes federation trademark applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as well as international applications, and prepares and files copyright registrations with the U.S. Copyright Office.
