Anu R. Mullikin Shareholder
BiographyAnu is a shareholder of the firm and chairs the Trust and Estates Practice Group. Anu represents medium to high net worth individuals, families, retirees, professionals and business owners in matters of estate planning, sophisticated wealth transfer strategies, charitable planned giving, estate and trust administration and business succession planning. Anu's focus is on the whole family relationship, and the advice that she provides to her clients is designed to maximize tax savings while meeting the objectives of the individual and the family.
Anu's trusts and estates practice extends beyond the formulation and implementation of a tax savings strategy to administration of trusts and estates and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns and state and federal fiduciary income tax returns.
Anu serves on the Statewide Board of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and, in addition, serves as Chair of New Hampshire Charitable Foundation's Manchester Regional Advisory Board. Anu is also a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is a Past President of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. Anu has been recognized as one of the best lawyers in New Hampshire in the field of Trusts and Estates by Business New Hampshire Magazine,as an Ideal Multigenerational Lawyer in New Hampshire Magazine and as an Outstanding Women in Business by New Hampshire Business Review.

- Assists clients in meeting their charitable objectives through the preparation and administration of charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, charitable bequests, charitable gift annuities and private (family) foundations
- Advises individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries on their rights and obligations and represents these parties in probate court disputes
- Represents estates and trusts before the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Revenue Administration in estate and gift tax audit proceedings
