Reasonable compensation is an issue regardless of the form of entity - S corporation, LLC, partnership or proprietorship. New Hampshire's Department of Revenue Administration has been vigorously challenging compensation deductions taken by businesses in New Hampshire and the years of "comping out" are long gone.
