Attorney Kevin M. Baum Accepted To Leadership Greater Manchester Class Of 2010

Manchester, NH - Kevin M. Baum, an Associate with Devine Millimet firm, has recently been selected to participate in the Leadership Greater Manchester Class of 2010.

Attorney Baum is a member of Devine Millimet's Corporate Department dividing his practice between real estate transactions, planning and zoning matters, and environmental matters. Kevin's real estate work includes condominium and subdivision development, leasing, permitting and representing individuals and entities before planning and zoning boards in communities throughout the State.

Kevin brings to the firm his previous experience in environmental consulting, where he worked on the remediation of several Superfund sites and conducting environmental due diligence. He advises clients on all aspects of environmental work, including permitting, shoreland protection and environmental due diligence. Kevin holds a Certificate in Environmental Law, Science and Policy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
