MANCHESTER, New Hampshire--On August 18, 2009, Manchester Mayor Frank Guinta and the Manchester Board of Aldermen appointed Susan Duprey, attorney, shareholder, and former president of the Devine Millimet law firm, to the Manchester Development Corporation's Board of Directors. The Manchester Development Corporation is a non-profit corporation closely affiliated with the City of Manchester. Through its Investment Committee, it makes loans, with approval of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, to promote economic development of the City of Manchester.
Attorney Duprey concentrates her law practice in zoning and planning
issues and commercial real estate. She was recently recognized for her work in these fields when selected for inclusion in Woodward & White's listing of "Best Lawyers in America for 2009-2010" in the specialties of Land Use and Zoning Law and Real Estate Law. Susan's leadership role extends to the community, the Bar, and Republican politics. She holds
her J.D. from the Franklin Pierce School of Law and an LLM from Boston University School of Law. She resides in Concord, New Hampshire.
