Orcutt, titled Patent Valuation: Improving Decision Making through Analysis. The book’s publication date is May 8, 2012 and the publisher is Wiley Finance.

The book addresses practical ways to value patents, one of the most important of the intellectual property (IP) assets. Addressed to decision makers—IP managers, IP creators, attorneys, and government officials—the book highlights a combination of techniques for describing patent valuation, describes topics and outline cases studies for step-by-step patent valuation, and serves as a resource for IP professionals to use actual or implied valuations when making patent-related decisions.

A shareholder at Devine Millimet, attorney Remus leads the firm’s Patent, Trademark, and Licensing practice group. His practice focuses primarily on intellectual property and regulation of financial institutions.
