Devine Millimet seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join its highly-regarded Real Estate Practice Group.

 

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a law firm, concentrating on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales and development of commercial real estate as well as residential developments, condominiums and mixed-use and possess superior drafting skills.

 

Candidates must have demonstrated further expertise in representation of developers, investors, lenders, and borrowers involved in real estate transactions, financing, leasing transactions, issues and challenges, as well as zoning and planning issues.  Experience in real estate title matters is needed.

 

Admission to the NH Bar is required, which may be obtained by bar exam or waiver.  Admission to the Massachusetts Bar a plus.

Devine Millimet seeks patent attorneys to join its highly-regarded Intellectual Property Group in its Manchester, New Hampshire office. One successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in-house or in a law firm prosecuting patent applications, drafting patentability and freedom to operate opinions, and supporting litigation.  Admission to the patent bar and an EE, ME, physics or related technical background are required.

 

A second successful candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in-house or in a law firm prosecuting patent applications, drafting patentability and freedom to operate opinions, and supporting litigation.  Admission to the patent bar and an EE, ME, physics or related technical background are required.  Experience supervising lawyers is a plus.
