Steve is a shareholder of the firm, representing publicly traded corporations, private companies and individual entrepreneurs in sophisticated technology, business and financial litigation. Steve has gained national recognition for his representation of wireless telecommunications companies in land use matters before local boards, in state and federal courts and in complex negotiations, with special emphasis on the deployment of wireless networks and government relations. Steve has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in all types of complex commercial disputes, and also handles disputes involving the transfer and control of wealth for institutions and high net worth individuals.

Steve has served on the firm's Board of Directors and is presently the Chair of the firm's 20-member Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He also leads the firm's telecommunications practice area and is active in other aspects of the firm's management.
