Shelagh is a member of our Litigation Practice Group, concentrating in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, e-discovery, probate litigation, ski area and associated recreational area defense, and attorney conduct matters. She is a member of the firm's E-Discovery and Technology Committee and the firm's Attorney Conduct and Liability Practice Group. She handles a wide variety of cases involving such issues as: e-discovery, document retention policies, use of social media and internet sources in litigation, contract disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, personal injury defense, and New Hampshire Supreme Court appeals. Prior to joining Devine, Millimet, Shelagh served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable John T. Broderick, New Hampshire Supreme Court.
