Shelagh is a member of our Litigation Practice Group, concentrating in the areas of commercial litigation, probate litigation, ski/recreational area defense, and municipal defense. She is also a member of the firm's e-discovery and technology committee. She handles a wide variety of cases involving issues such as: contract disputes; breaches of fiduciary duties; trade secrets; disputes over wills, trusts, fiduciary accountings, and guardianships; personal injury defense, and New Hampshire Supreme Court appeals. Prior to joining Devine Millimet, Shelagh served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John T. Broderick, Jr., New Hampshire Supreme Court.
