With 20 years' experience in working with every facet of New Hampshire state government, Bob represents clients from a variety of sectors including health care, telecommunications, utilities, and transportation. Bob's practice is focused heavily on representing clients before the New Hampshire legislature, executive branch agencies, and the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission.
Prior to joining Devine Millimet, Bob was the Assistant Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Safety, one of the largest executive branch agencies in New Hampshire. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the New Hampshire Department of Justice, representing a variety of state agencies in federal and state courts, including a number of cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
